You may have to size up
"I'm 5'1 135lbs and I do have hips and curves. I purchased size 10 although I am usually 8, as I read another review saying she was size 8 and couldn't fit in the pants as they ran smaller. So using the size chart was also very helpful, make sure to double check what the chart says as it was accurate and I needed to size up. They are comfy and feel breathable/durable as I tested sitting/squatting in them. (-:"

"I’m a woman’s size 8 in pants so I brought 5 of these pants . They are too tight on my thigh and on my waist so I called Dickies and spoke to Andrea to see I could only exchange them for a bigger size since it was clearance final sale and Andrea/Dickies are not going to accommodate me… mind you I don’t want my money back. I just want to exchange them for a bigger size so now I’m stuck with the pants that I can’t even wear. NEVER AGAIN!! They loss me as a customer"

"These pants are really tight from my thigh. I’m usually a size 6 on 774 and 874 style but on these apparently I’m not a size 6 turns out I’m a size 8-10. Wanted to exchanged these for my size but dickies couldn’t even make the exception."
