They have changed

"They feel like they have a lot less stretch, barely any compared to the last pair I have received. Haven't had them long enough to comment on the crotch issue but my last pair sprung holes everywhere after prolonged use so we will see soon enough."

Jeffrey (2/5)

Tore at crotch

"Lasted a while but not as long as expected, tore at the crotch like others have said"

Steve (2/5)

Quality has badly went down

"3months and the crotch area is already tearing open, second pair with this issue, dickies needs to seriously look into this…"

Comfortable work pants

"I purchased these for my husband. He stated they fit as they should and were comfortable. He did like that the waistband had some stretch to it to be more comfortable and a snug fit versus a standard jean."

Danni H. (4/5)

If you like crotch holes. . .

"I won't probably 10 pairs of these pants and without fail the crotch develops a hole within a few months. And with each wash these pants get thinner and thinner."

David (3/5)

Poor quality for the price

"Very Poor qualitity. They will almost disintegrate, fall apart in about 6 months."

IT T. (1/5)

No Flex as advertised.

"Bought a pair a year ago that fit great with flex. Bought a pair last month. . . . no flex at all & less belt loops. Up & down a lot with appliance repair. No flex is a big issue. Guess I will look elsewhere."

Thinner material than expected but overall decent

"I’ve purchased these same pants (same wording minus the double knee) for years. Probably 2-4 pairs per year for the past several (5ish) years or whenever they started making them. They have all been great pants! I’ve got knee holes in a few so I figured I’d give the double knee option a try even though they were a bit more $$ would reasonably be able to wear them longer since the double knee. The ones i received are thinner than my most worn pair of the non-double knee which was disappointing. I would say probably 50% thinner. Overall fit, stitching, pocket placement, quality wise otherwise they still seem great. Just thin material. Only had them a few weeks so time will tell how they wear in comparison. I am a veterinarian so they get a decent amount of wear and tear and I carry a lot of stuff in my pockets/bend and am on my knees a considerable amount."

Comfortable work pants

"Great pants that are tuff but comfortable."

MRKW (5/5)

Initially great, consistently not.

"My first pair of these I loved so dearly. I wore them until the fabric was so thin it couldn't be patched anymore. Amazing pants! BUT Dickies seems to have a quality control issue with their pants. I've gotten 3 pairs of these since that first pair and not one of them has fit the same as the other. They're all vastly different. Ranging from giving me a wedgie, the zippers being comically short, the slice pocket being way too low on the leg, different thickness and quality of the duck canvas. . . I can't wrap my head around how these pants all fit so differently. I keep buying more hoping different colors will fit like that first pair, but alas, nothing compares."
