Cheaply made
"I purchased a belt new at a retailer, not even a week later the metal snapped apart, so after contacting Dickies, they sent me this replacement. This came in broken with one of the small screws not holding in place and the other side pulling off easily. I tried contacting Dickies again, and they gave me a bunch of phone numbers to a guarantee dept in New York where all I could do was leave messages and never got a response. Dickies used to be solid work gear, now, like everything else, they've become garbage."
