Incompetent shipping and handling

"I ordered the hoodie a week later I got a refund for it but the said the hoodie was still coming. A week after that they just canceled it entirely. When I contacted customer support they essentially just said we refunded it because it was out of stock. Right now on this website the are still saying it’s available and in my size. So yeah you might be your product, you might not. But the operational incompetence is there and I won’t order from here again because I can’t count on this company."

"Definitely more lightweight than midweight. Very soft and comfortable, however the regular length fits way to short, the tall length isn’t tall at all basically just fits like the regular length should."

"XXXL does not fit very big. Hangs too short. Hoodie is not too big, which is nice. The fabric is nice and soft. Secret pocket is nothing special."
