"Ok, so i admit I have not been a fan of Dickies since the oversized-style of the nineties passed. Everytime I would think of Dickies, I would get a mental image of rapper in a 2XL chore coat with super large and baggie pants puddling at their feet or having 3 inches of cuff. But i must say on a whim, I ordered the ""Slim Fit Tapered Leg Flat Front Khaki Pants"", needing some true navy business casual pants for work. To my surprise they came slim in the thigh and seat and trim at the ankle as well - in other words. . . Just right for the times!! The weight is somewhat lighter, more fashionable then ""work wear"" weight and versatile for the office and casual uses. All I can say now is that I want more."

"These fit like well, even with my athletic thighs! The poplin twill is heavy like a mercerized chino, but it washes well (so far) and does not retain wrinkles. There is a lot of detail in the construction, such as the double welt back pockets with buttons and the waistband. The taper starts around the knee so it isn't too Euro that you can't get your legs through - it reminds me of the OG dickies from the late 80s and 90s."

"Let’s begin with the fact that these are Dickies slacks. We know they are well made and are very comfortable. These slacks are slim cut. If you are not a slim anymore, don’t order them. The company has plenty of other styles which will fit you nicely. These fit me well and I have received several nice compliments on how well they look. For those who can wear these pants, I heartily recommend them. As always, they come in a variety of colors."

"These were on sale so I thought I would try them. Over all fit is ok but, the zipper is real short. to short to do your duty. you basically have to remove your pants to go. And only 5 belt loops. the regular dickies have more and they are wide. very nice."

"This style really steps up the professionalism but are still sturdy and comfortable. Traditional dress pants are often too thin or way too expensive. These Dickies look great and fit comfortably just like other slim-fit-tapper flat-front dickies. I also love that they don’t have the fat belt loops and clasp. It’s those fat belt loops and clasp instead of a button that always bring traditional Dickies down a few notches in style. The real bonus is I these were on sale for $13. 50 so it was a no-brainer. If Dickies keeps up the sales on great clothes they would be the only clothes I’d ever ware."
