I'm 5'2 and overall length was good, even for the sleeves. Not super stiff and closes nicely (have boobs). Can definitely layer underneath or can rock it with some jeans and a tee."

The pockets are deep, plentiful, and functional - a rarity in women's clothing. I got a medium so I could layer a jacket or liner coat underneath.
