"Never received item and when I spoke with customer service and had it reordered, I was later emailed that it had been canceled. My son was looking forward to receiving this the most out of the entire reason and I had to call customer service again to get the reason why it was canceled. When I mentioned I didn't receive an email regarding refund for this item, I was informed that I have to call in order to receive the refund. I was very irritated about this since I wasn't even the one to cancel this item and it was out of stock. And it still shows in stock on the website. Frustrating. . ."
