"This order was supposed to arrive February 7th. It’s now the 16th and I can’t get a status on this order. Don’t get me wrong I love the products from y’all, but I’m very disappointed in how my order has been processed and handled with no clarity of why there’s a delay. Yes, I’m aware that’s more of the carrier’s fault, who I have also contacted, but the fact I can’t even get a confirmation as to why it’s stuck in Fort Worth still has been frustrating."
