"This item arrived with a manufacturing defect with the lining of the left arm being twisted. When attempting to return the item, a window popped up that said returns to Canada are not allowed, and I would need to contact support. When I sent an email to the support as listed, it was returned. I have not successfully found a way to have this item replaced or refunded. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this provider if you are in Canada."
