Embarrassing shipping

"Received my hat a couple days ago, it was shipped in a BAG. . . . . When I opened the bag the hat was horribly damaged. Tried to get an exchange but all the hats are sold out so now I'm screwed out of a hat because of your embarrassing shipping and all that could be done was a refund. Really embarrassing for a company like Dickies."

"Seems to be pretty high quality. Has some frayed and loose threads but the shipping was a real drawback to this product due to the fact that it’s sent in a bag. Mine arrived completely flattened by fedex but fortunately it returned to its normal shape"
