Runs small, rough canvas not soft

"Fits too snug for 36, my husband also ordered a 36 inch in a Duck Carpenter Short and fits fine, soft to touch, even after a wash. Not happy with fit for Ripstop Carpenter shorts, can't wear them and washed so can't return."

The Best Shorts but Worst Customer Service

"The shorts I purchased are awesome and fit great the shorts I give 5 stars. The bad part is I give customer service 0 stars. I had to have the shorts along with a pair for a coworker and they to be delivered on a Wednesday and I paid for 2 day delivery. On the following Saturday no shorts Dickies had no idea where they where. I finally received the order a week later and I still think Dickies doesn’t know where my order is. Never purchase online go to the local store. Never again will I do this."
