"Second pack of socks I have purchased from Dickies. They are soft but once again they don't stretch over the calf enough. Not good for circulation and leave a mark at the end of the night. I can not recommend for anyone with "" Athlete's Calves"""

"Great for around the house. As for use with a steel toe boot. . . These are the only socks I've used were my feet sweat even on cooler days, and hold the moisture. They are very thick for a work boot sock, comfort is great but again they run very hot, even more than my Carhart wool socks I use in winter. I wear Red Wings, mostly on concrete, in all weather conditions year round. The ankle does wear out faster than other premium brands as well."

"These are my favorite crew socks. Heavy material but not too hot to wear during the summer months. Most of what I see in the stores are made of thin material which I find to be uncomfortable. You can't go wrong with Dickies."

"We have tried numerous types of socks. My husband has a large foot so it's hard to find his size. Then he wears steel toe work boots and socks have never held up until we started buying these. A co-worker's husband was wearing them and swore by them, now my hubby does the same!!!! They are comfortable and actually hold up, he loves them!!!!!!"

"I don't wear these with steel toe shoes but like them because of the extra cushioning. They also fit my size 15 feet with room to spare. The only downside is the fuzzballs that fall out when the socks are removed. These will hopefully diminish after a few wear/wash cycles."
