too big, and not able to return

"I ordered these online, and misjudged the sizing, they were way too big, and the bottoms are in need of shortening. (unhemmed) I emailed asking about how to exchange to a smaller size, and was told I cannot do an exchange, only a return, and at my own expense. So, I am just keeping the pants and just won't be wearing them. Luckily, I found somewhere else to order a smaller size of the same pants, and THOSE ones are great. so, make sure you have the correct size before placing an order, as it is a headache trying to figure out how to return the pants. . . as i also don't have a Purolator office near me, and don't know how much the shipping would cost to return through Canada Post."

"I liked the khaki pair I had purchased so much that I bought a second pair in Navy Blue (thinking about adding a black pair). . . I like the side pockets. . . large enough for my phone/wallet and my wheel book. . . (wish the back pockets were a bit deeper). . . the fabric is a little stiff at first. . . but is soft and quite comfortable after a few washings. . . I find the fit is just fine for me. . . at 5'6"" I have no problem with the reg length hem."
