Dissatisfied but not discouraged

"The pants were too big but the size was not my issue because I could of exchanged them for a smaller size. My issue was that the pants were really long and unhemmed which I was not aware of before ordering them nor would I have ordered them. I returned them for a refund and ordered a different pair and hopefully they work out but it wont discourage me from ordering again."
